This could be alot of things.
You will need to do test with different sources to try and isolate the problem.
Could be in your receiver as a cold solder joint may be failing.
Try some different sources and see.

Check your cable connection.
I was using an optical cable and I was watching CTHD R0, and I thought I just got a bad pressing. When I tried another disc, it was doing the same thing. I checked the cable, and there was a bend/crimp in it. I replaced the cable, no problems.
