Input Levels

I just purchased a Pioneer VSX-D710S and have spent the last day setting it up and learning how to use it. Using a sound meter and the Video Essential disk,

I think I have figured everything out, except I would like to set my volume control once and not have to change it for each componet input. Does anyone know if there is a way to control line levels from each componet from the reciever.

If no one has an idea if you could point me in a direction where someone would know the answer. I am aware there may not be a solution.

Thanks, LuvtheKeys

not that I know of.
Trying to set a single level for each component (if it's even possible) doesn't acknowlege the fact that the signal level varies greatly from disc to disc. So, trying to set one specific level for each component probably won't really work very well.

YMMV

Dunno about receivers, but B&K preamp/processors
allow input level adjustment of each input type (CD, DVD,
etc.).

Maybe it's buried in your manual.
