Need suggestions to replace Panasonic A110 player

After 3 years of near-perfect use, the player crapped out on me. Can someone offer suggestions at to what I should replace it with? Here are some features that I'm looking for:

Plays CD-R and CD-RW discs
S-Video output
Coaxial and Optical output
Smooth forward and backward scanning

I do not need a player with built-in DD or DTS. My receiver can decode both.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm thinking about getting the Sony DVP-NS400, but this has the built-in DD. I guess I could always turn it off, by why spend the extra money for something that I'm not going to use?

Thanks in advance for your replies!

Panasonic RV-31 can be found for as low as $165.
CD-R/CD-RW/MP3/VCD
Component/S-Video/Composite
Only optical, but why do you need both?

I got it and it think it's best player for the money.
