OK...when I insert a dvd into my player, it can't read it at all...there is no opening music/sound and the only video that comes up are like blocks (like it is trying to read the menu, but REALLY can't do it.) Is this just a dirty lens? Or is it more? It reads audio cds fine. If I need to by a cleaning disc, can you recommend one?

Do you have a player that allows you to turn off copy protection coding (CSS)? Did you turn it off?
