I am moving soon, and will be sharing the same Lounge Wall with my Neighbor, I suspect that he / she would like to still be able to hear there TV while I am enjoying my Home Entertainment System.
Any Ideas on how I would go about installing Sound Proofing or at least insulating with the intent to keep Neighborly Relations good.
