It's the RCA PRO-SW60P subwoofer and on the back of it has two RCA plugs for low level input but on the back of m reciever there is only hole for the Subwoofer out. Is there a special wire I need to buy to connect them? Also on the back of the sub there 4 spots where it looks like speaker wire goes in for High Level output, is there anyway I can hook it up using speaker wire to my reciever?

Bigsteele, these are all only optional ways to hook up a Subwoofer. Simply connect the amp via Sub Out, into either one of the RCA connections on the Sub and you are done.
The 4 speaker looking connections are for older style stereo amplifiers that didn't have a dedicated Sub out. For these, you connected the speaker out to the Sub, and then connected from the Sub to the 2 speakers. The Sub split off any low frequencies for itself, and bypassed the rest to continue onto the main speakers. Of course, your HT amp now does that job instead.
The 2nd RCA on the Sub is if you have a fancier set up that outputs L and R channels of low frequency effects (LFE), which few will ever use.

I use it and it works like a charm. They also have a $15 version but knowing Monster it probaly all show and no added functionality.
