I need to get a set of Wireless speakers for my dad. I have only seen 2 pair, one at Best Buy and one at Radio Shack. They were horrible quality and I am looking for something decent for him.

The price range Im looking for is $100-$300.

Also, I would prefer a unit that transmits the signal from the receiver to any speaker (a speaker that he already owns). Does such a unit even exist?

If you care at all for your Father you will NEVER get him wireless speakers! They all are simply horrible sounding! Any amount of money spent on wireless speaker will truely be wasted. Even people who aren't really into audio much will comment on how bad these wireless speakers sound!

That may be true. I really have never heard wireless speakers, but he is pretty adamant about having them. Ive been trying to talk him into a decent home theater system, but he still wants the wireless.

Im still trying to talk him in to it, but does anyone have any wireless suggestions?

Brookstone has some wireless speakers that are I belive $200/pr. They have an older version that sounds absolutely awful, but they are $100/pr.
