Is a Digital Audio cable the same as a Digital Coaxial cable?

I was at Target and they had no digital coaxial cables, but they had a digital audio cable. Is it the same thing, or something different? I believe it was made by RCA if that helps. Thanks a lot.

Thanks! Went back, got it and put my new receiver to the test. DTS is a HUGE improvement over Pro-Logic.
