Yesterday i added the Sony WA MN40 subwoofer, the little i have played around is great. In a response to a post of mine looking for great sounding bass scenes to demo the 5.1 system, someone posted a link to a website. It talks about having 2 or more subs. I never thought about that.
Does anyone else have twi in there set up? What do you think? Big difference? How big is your room?
Thanks for the feedback. I can tell you I am already leaning toward another Sony in the fall( promised my wife i would lay off) I picked up a DVD, center channel, new receoiver and a bunch of DVD's in the past 30 days. I am BACK into H-T.

Not including the powered internal subs in my mains and center channel, I have two external powered subs in my set-up right now, and I'm going to be getting dual SVS 16-46s in the next few weeks.
Depending on the size of your room, adding additional sub(s) can be a great enhancement, and if you have a large room like mine, absolutley necessary if you want to play at reference levels.
