I picked up this sub (Topaz 8) from Amazon during the ATT $150 deal. It has been working actually pretty well until yesterday when it stopped making any sound at all. My connections are all good. The fuse is good. The front indicator lights are lit. I've emailed the manufactuer but realize I may be on my own. Any thoughts out there ?

Well I guess I don't really need any help. I contacted the US distributor for Wharfedale, emailed them my receipt and they popped a postage paid replacement subwoofer with prepaid return postage for the busted one, on the UPS truck this morning. Maybe I'll have bass for the weekend!! Great customer service, my thanks to Brian at iagamerica.com!

I'm impressed with that kind of instant service! That's something I would expect from a good local store, but amazing from a company. I've always wondered if Wharfedales were any good. Do you have any of their other speakers?

Nope, the only component I have is the sub.I have been pretty happy with it. Now this level of service leaves me thinking it would have been a good choice even for full price. On the iagamerica.com site they also sell the product and it looked like there was a pretty good deal on a 6 speaker set, something like half off. I have no affiliation with them, just appreciate good service.
