Whats the easiest/cheapest way to convert a coaxial cable to RCA Audio/Video Cables (short of buying an extra VCR)?

I want my cable box (w/o RCA outputs) to connect through my TV RCA inputs. Right now i have a splitter and A/B switch with all coaxial, and it's bothersome getting up to click the A/B switch back and forth.

TIA!

Go to http://www.partsexpress.com and search for these part numbers:

090-367 Gold Plated F connector to RCA adapter $1.90/ea
090-268 Regular F connector to RCA adapter $1.35/ea

Thanks but not exactly what i was looking for...

I'm actually trying to get a cable signal on coax RG6 broken out into audio L/R and video signals, so one coax into 3 component RCA.

Any other ideas?

what you need is a tv-tuner, the cheapest way is to use an old VCR with RCA outputs for audio and video (CVBS. Or you can build it yourself with an old tv tuner module, there is some technical knowlege needed however:-(. I can't tell you how to do it because it's different for every tv-system (we have PAL with stereo sound)

Buy an RF modulator for $20 from Radio Shack. You should be able to at least convert RF antenna to video/mono, maybe stereo.
