Need Help Finding A Specific Part

I have several IR sensors and emitters in my home theater. I just realized that my receiver has an IR input jack (I think it's 1.8mm, or at least close to it). The problem is that I cannot seem to locate a male-to-male cable that will run from my connecting block to the IR input of the receiver. I have checked my usual online stores (SmartHome and PartsExpress), but I have yet to find a store that simply sells this cable. Does anyone know where I can buy one of these things? It doesn't have to be very long at all (4' would definitely do it).
