Hey, I bought a DVD player from an online store, it was a Pioneer DV-333 multiregion and codefree, I got the player and I tried to play a region 1 disc and it said: "Wrong region no." I tried with other movies, nothing. I tried EVERYTHING to change the region! It was supposed to be multiregion but it wont even play region 1! So it wont play the dvd's! It plays music cd's though. The dvd menu has nothing about changing the regions, the manual has nothing. Please please help me, I have been trying to find the codes for the player but so far have been unlucky. I dont know what to do. Your help would be greately appreciated!

have you tried either looking at the website of the online store or contacting the online store? those would be my first guesses if they didn't give you any documentation about it.

I tried looking for help on their website and calling, but I get no help, and I cant send it back because the time perioid when I could expiried some time ago.
