where can I get wall mount brackets for Energy eXL-16's cheap?

The speakers have a threaded insert which will accept a 3/8" 16 thread insert. I think this is a pretty common insert for most bookshelf speakers. Has anyone found a place to get them cheap?

I remember getting the Macro mounts that the Energy website recommended for full price. I actually looked around quite a bit, but I think this is one of those items that don't have much of a profit margin for dealers to discount.
