Widescreen Tabletop?

I'm looking for widescreen table top TV's. It's important that it is a table top TV, as I already have furniture in my house, and I can't add a full size projection widescreen.
I know Sampo makes one that's pretty spendy ($3000 or so) which is a flat screen tube. What other brands/models are there available? I'd like to be able to get a few different models and price ranges so I can compare before purchasing.
Thanks for the help!

besides the direct view models listed in this thread, http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/showthr...threadid=99720, Mitusbishi makes a RPTV table top model (WT-46805)and Samsung makes several FLCD models. no doubt there are others as well.
btw: when i priced the tau the dealers i worked w/ were selling it for around $3,600; i think list is around $4k.

The Tau was selling below $4k at Costco...but I have seen it as low as $3500. The prices have come down a lot in the last year.
