500 criterion collection, arthouse, foreign DVDs

I will not sell these individually. I want to sell them all together. But if you are interested you are getting quite a deal. Most of the stuff is Criterion Collection (39 at last count), arthouse, and foreign titles. There is also some more commercial stuff, as well as newer releases (the most recent is probably Black Swan). If you're a bit lazy and don't feel like clicking the link below, there's lots of stuff from directors like Harmony Korine, David Lynch, Werner Herzog, Gus Van Sant, Steven Soderbergh, Lars Von Trier, Wes Anderson, and many more.

As far as condition goes, probably 95% of them would be classified as very good to like-new. There are probably only a handful of titles in the bunch that have many scratches. I don't have time to go through and check the condition of every title, but if you're wondering about specific titles, I'll let you know what kind of condition they are in.

Lastly, the site where I have all of my DVDs listed doesn't have every edition of every DVD listed, so some are different than what is pictured. The most important example of this is that on the site it says my copy of Almost Famous is a normal copy, but it's really the bootleg version, which is much rarer and more valuable. Again, if you have any concerns as to which version certain DVDs are, ask and I'll let you know.

Again, I'm looking to sell these all together, not individually. $1500 OBO. You'd be getting a VERY good deal, I promise you that.

I live in CT, but for the right price I will drive down and deliver these to you within a couple hours. Otherwise, we can work out shipping or something.

Here's the site where I have my entire collection posted: kilianhb [dot] dvdaf [dot] com

Hi! Welcome to the forum! A few quick tips:

1)This isn't the classifieds forum, so this shouldn't be here.

2)No one is going to be your whole collection at once. I promise.

3)Unless someone just heard about DVD's, chances are they aren't going to want any of these, much less all of them, for the cost of a car down payment. Refer to #2.

4)Part out the collection, or post on ebay. Again, this refers to tip #2.

5)I'm trying to be nice, others here won't be so forgiving.

6)Take a look at the classifieds forum to get an idea of how to sell your collection, rather than a "Look! Buy all my shit!" post.

Thanks, and welcome to the forum!

StephenX gave really good advice. If you don't follow that advice people will just think you are just trying to scam them for a quick and easy (ha) $1,500. Especially with this being your first post.

I applaud you in coming to terms with the fact that your collection is shitty, and that you must sell them off ASAP in order to regain your man-card.

hasn't this guy posted before under a different name?? And what the hell is up with this?: kilianhb [dot] dvdaf [dot] com. isn't it easier just to go kilianhb.dvdaf.com. you would be the first to sell a collection this big, being it your first post. If you were a regular on here, wouldn't you be suspicious?

I don't think new users can post links, I could be wrong.
