I've decided that I don't watch these (ever, actually) and have decided to sell my entire collection. There are a couple movies which are unopened even...All are legitimately purchased - no burns whatsoever. All of the discs are playable (though some may show a little smudge, the playback is unaffected...normal use).

Yeah, I'd imagine so. Do you (or anyone else?) have any other suggestions? Parsing them out is so... tedious. I'm even willing to take a fairly substantial hit, but I agree... who wants to front $450 for these things

I was looking at sites like secondspin.com, and some of the box sets (24, lost) were only coming up as $5 for the entire set. To me that seems awfully low, or is that just the going rate?

The resale value of ANYTHING on DVD that has been re-released on Blu-ray is almost nil currently.
