Re: What should I sell these DVDs for?

That's what I'm saying. When's the last time you bought a CD? Or listened to anything but an MP3? (You audiophiles stay out of it.) Unless there are some good liner notes, what's the difference? Right? Right? Is there a difference?

cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200380724812&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

I should have listened to my gut than this forum (but thanks for the advice anyways). I priced my DVDs initially for $149.99, but then I read the posts here and changed it to $124.99 and I have 2 bids on it right now with the auction ending shortly.

So this thread should be closed because there are still no prices.

Without cases? How about the artwork/cover?

Re: What should I sell these DVDs for?

What do you mean artwork/color? There are no cases, but since the DVDs are original, there is colored artwork on the top of each DVD.

When I'm mailing these DVDs, what do I do, considering I have no cases for the DVDs? Bring a garbage bag with all the DVDs and give it to the mail person to handle it?

The best way to insure they get there safe is to buy a cd/dvd binder and put them in there.

*edit* $25 for shipping and your only using parcel post?

Re: What should I sell these DVDs for?

Where can I get one of those, and how much does it cost? Also, is there a cheaper method?

walmart, target, bestbuy....... just shop around.

If you just throw them in a bag and drop them in the mail, they will all get scratched, they buyer will file a claim and you will be out your money and movies. But you could ship it priority for less then half that(around 12.50 for a medium sized box).

Re: What should I sell these DVDs for?

So I don't have to buy a DVD case, I just bring my DVDs in a bag to the mail room and asked it be shipped priority and that ensures the DVDs won't be scratched? Or does that mean they can get scratched but it gives me insurance so it won't be my fault if it does get scratched. I am confused.

what do you have them in now? If you want them to get there in good condition, you need to buy a cd binder or something

Re: What should I sell these DVDs for?

I have them in nothing. I just have the DVDs. So for 100+ DVDs, the only option I have is to buy a DVD/CD binder to send them? And how much does that cost?

Re: What should I sell these DVDs for?

Okay, but do I need priority shipping or can I just ship them the way I said in my auction?

I found a cheap CD/DVD case on amazon.com. Tell me if this is acceptable to ship:

So you're going to order a case from Amazon, wait a week for it to arrive, ship parcel post, AND charge $25? You, sir, are why I hate eBay sellers.

I'm betting the buyer did not read the auction and does not know they come without cases.
