As far as stores, you can check DVD Planet and see what they offer. SecondSpin is good too, and they sometimes do extra 20% trade in deals on top of the regular price. If you have an FYE in your area they do the same deal, there was one recently but it might be over already.

Also, this should really be in the store forum and there's probably a dozen threads there on this very topic.
