Torchur317 completed a trade with me. I agreed to pay him $50 via Paypal. He received the money, and mailed out the DVD. The DVD is clearly a boot leg. I requested back my $50, and he refuses a refund. I am taking action against him with PayPal. These are the facts of the case. I believe he owes me a refund after he receives the DVD. Beware, one and all. He is a rude and shady individual.

This is a total lie,This person is the scam artist not me....
I bought the DVD at borders brand new,how is it a bootleg?
I even sent this guy a picture before making the deal & he was fine with it....
I am 172+ on ebay under Torchur & 30+ on horrorcore.com under Torchur....
I'm also a musician who has been selling his music online for about 9 years....
I've released 4 albums & I've sold plenty of copies online over the years....
I've dealt with alot of retailers also,big recent ones such as Target & Amazon....
Also I've bought/traded with a few people here & at BPR....
I've never had a problem with anyone ever.....
