Hi, please forgive me for not knowing, but what is the difference between the German and the US on Rambo?

I don't know if this is the case here, but Stallone was on a talk show recently and claimed there would be an unrated Director's Cut of the latest Rambo flick called John Rambo. In this case, it appears it was already released overseas, but according to Stallone, it will be released in the U.S. eventually.

According to what I was able to find, in Germany where this title is being released, it has to be edited for the theaters there, then the dvd is listed as unrated but is the same exact version the US got. Are there going to be more extras or something?
