I had a good transaction with Mark. I paid for mine on May 29th, they shipped media mail on the 3rd and were recieved by the 9th. He did confirm shipping via email, and DVDs were as described.
Media mail has been really slow lately for me, from DDD sale taking only 10 days AFTER shipping confirmation is getting lucky.
I would say give him some more time to respond/receive before you do anything rash

He's a very legitimate seller guys. Have you tried emailing him? He and I have had many conversations via his email address. Additionally, me and at least 3 or 4 other members have left him positive feedback in recent weeks. The shipping wasn't the fastest, but when my DVDs arrived, they were in excellent condition and packaged exceptionally well.

Wasn't complaining. Just curious. I always expect everyone to use Media Mail, eventhough most don't. I'd rather everyone save as much cash as possible on trades and wait a few extra days.
Eventhough it says New Member, he joined 4 years ago. That counts for something.

RE: DVD shipments
I haven't been on the board or checked my email for a few days, so I apologize for not responding to any emails or messages. I just wanted to assure everybody that I'm not ripping anyone off. I ship most of the DVDs using Media Mail from USPS. If the price is a difference of $.20-$.75 cents more between Media Mail and First class, I usually go with First Class, but many of the orders have been in bulk and the difference with a bulk order between first class and media mail is quite large, so I'm forced to go with media mail. As everyone knows, media mail can take a while, I've been told it's anywhere from 5-10 business days. I'm selling the DVDs for a pretty low price, and I'm just trying to make up for the loss. I hope everyone understands. Again, I apologize for not quickly responding to PMs or emails. Hope this puts everyone's mind to ease. I've been at the short end of a few trading/selling deals, so I know how it feels and that last thing I want to do is rip off anyone. If anyone has any questions or comments, I'll definitely be checking my inbox and email a lot more. Sorry for any trouble and I hope all of you will be happy with your DVDs.

No worries at all. Glad to hear from you! I don't mind slow shipping (media mail) or being slow to ship (things happen). I just got a little antsy since I hadn't heard replies to my emails and pms. But, now that you're here, all is well.
