About 2 weeks ago I sent a guy 36 DVD's in trade for 8 Blu-Ray Movies...I haven't heard from him since. No emails, nothing in the mail...nada...how long do you guys wait to put them on the bad trader list? I have always had positive trades on here and am really not sure what to do. I don't want to be that guy who put someone on a list, but I also don't want to be that guy who didn't get his movies and did nothing so someone else was hurt by the same guy. Any help is great!

I hadn't checked that before hand, I also am new to this trading thing...so partly I am sure it is my fault. But I had figured he had traded more then me considering this was pretty much my first trade.

Yes, Email now. Unfortunately it won't get you your DVD's and it probably won't stop this guy either. He'll just pop up sometime in the future with a different name. The Good Trader list is much more important than the Bad Trader list.

Have you e-mailed him? If you've tried a few times to e-mail him, and he hasn't responded, I'd file a mail fraud complaint.

i filed mail fraud for ebay auctions of 256 bucks...hasn't helped me out a bit....if you have an address and its worth the drive...if not, your S.O.L. I feel your pain

wow, thanks guys, this has really helped a lot! I am pretty sure I am just S.O.L but what are you going to do...I will try these things and keep on trading with Gold Traders on here! Thanks again guys.

I've only had to file a mail fraud complaint once, and it worked. You'll need the person's address though. I'm not really exactly sure what it does, but after about 2 letters sent to the person (the USPS kept me updated through out) I recieved my DVD back.

if you havent had a reply from the trader in more than a few days, i suggest you email mao and give him the specifics. it will take a few days, but he will really help you out in any way possible.
