I've just recently got a Laserdisc player and I am wanting to buy some laserdisc to add to my collection. Does anyone know of a site that would have some info on Laserdisc players, recently my pioneer CLD 79 suddenly stopped playing my discs and the words "P5" appears on the screen. Any help would be great!

Check the Home Theater Forum (www.hometheaterforum.com) in the audio/video sources forum. Lots of laserdisc fans over there and a search may turn up info on the error code. I have a Pioneer CLD-99 but I'm not sure about the meaning of the various error codes.

In response to the OP, I have a few LDs that I've replaced with DVDs and I'd be willing to sell. I'll come up with a list when I get home.
