I am seeking superbits (new/used doesn't matter). They can be region 1, french, or jap.

I have a question though. Which superbits never came w/ the silver slipcover? Does Bram Stoker's Dracula come w/ it? I know Spidey 2 does NOT. Not sure any others...

Also seeking import Limited Editions (such as the french Gangs Of New York Pretige Edition) & (Hulk 3-disc from Japan or Korea)

Thanks for the link, although I've been everywhere and anywhere w/ pic sites. They just show generic pics, which can be misleading.

I was hoping for someone's actual ownership of diff. superbits to be able to say which have em and which don't. I know a majority (prolly 95%+) do come w/ the silver slipcover.

Since you mentioned that you'd give DTS dvds a shot. I have Whispering Corridors that, not only has a pristine DTS 5.1 sound, but also is Anamporphic 1.78:1. It's a Korean Horror flick.

Youn mentioned that Spidey 2 never came with a slip cover, when in fact it does (I know, because I own it )

It is different from other Superbit covers, because its red and black and pretty attractive looking, although it does not blend with other Superbit covers. Still, it is a good buy.

Josh, thanks for that info. Will be useful when I try and grab 1 of these. Have both the Spidey LE gift sets, but they don't offer a DTS track. I should just hold out for the Jap ones, as I believe they are full bit-rate.

Volcano Reg.4 Pal anamorphic. The case has some sticker residue which I would have cleaned off if it would play in my player. My player won't do PAL and I wasn't told that disc was PAL before I traded for it.
The region one disc is not anamorphic/16X9 but this one is. Thats what the package says

spidey 2 does indeed have a slip cover, but it isnt the standard silver slipcover like most superbits. its more along the lines of the Leon UE and Fifth Element UE which are also superbit titles. as far as american superbits......

i might be missing one or 2, but those wont have the silver "superbit" type slip covers. Bram stoker's dracula does have the silver slipcover. it is the newer style. ie. the one without the name on the spine. its open on both ends. i am not sure about most of t he foreign superbits.
