Re: Blu-Ray Enrollment Titles?
No longer working here either.
I only opened one account and I was thinking about opening another one. I had 2 or 3 accounts over the last 2-3 years, but without blu-ray enrollments I doubt I'll be trying any more out.

I don't think the "backordered" tag means the same thing for fulfillments but I'm not sure.

same here now too. No BD's available to enroll. I'm glad I got my second account opened before they changed this.

I got one order in last night around 9 PM EST. I had to delete cookies, delete history and delete temporary internet files before I could see the BD's as enrollments. Hopefully it goes through in the next couple of days.

Re: Blu-Ray Enrollment Titles?
I finally got it to show up last night but I tried a few times earlier today just to see and it wouldn't work so. I'm not sure what they are doing. I'm still hoping and patiently waiting for them to get the FOX titles back also.

Couldn't get it to work in IE or Firefox, but it worked in Chrome, and the account seems to have gone through--at least I have access to the new account although nothing has shipped yet.

I have access to the new account I created but no account number. The previous two I had, were assigned account numbers within 24 hours so I am worried this one may not go through even though it hasn't been 72 hours yet.

Damn, this is depressing. It's going to suck if the last two weeks were just one huge cock tease for all of us.
Another thought, for those of us with OOP titles on backorder....does this mean we will end up having to select regular DVD titles to complete our enrollment?

Only managed to get one account before they cut it off. Hope they bring it back, no reason to rejoin otherwise. Of course, I doubt they care if they are upsetting the guys who cycle accounts.

I don't know what to tell you guys. I just successfully processed an application for the following Blu-rays-
Red Hill
Easy A
Broken Embraces
The White Ribbon
Nanny McPhee
The Strangers
Once Upon a Time in Mexico
All titles were listed as in stock with the lone exception of The Strangers.

Have you gotten an account number yet for your order? Still have provisional account and usually get account number within 24 hours. SOmeone else said it took them longer than normal to get an account number just wondering if you got one since we signed up on same date.

I think it's just taking longer than normal. People were able to enroll with BDs for about two weeks, so I don't see that being an issue.

Re: Blu-Ray Enrollment Titles?
I'm waiting on an account number too. I got the email saying granted access and in that email it tells the account number but when I go to my account on the site, it still says provisional. Not sure if it's basically a lost app or if they will ever ship them out but we'll see. Right now I'm thinking lost app.
I did another at the same time with only tv stuff on it and I had an account number the following day for that one. I'm assuming they are just leaving the accounts in limbo.

Re: Blu-Ray Enrollment Titles?
Just received the following from Customer Service:
"Dear Member,
Thank you for contacting us.
Due to contractual agreements with the studios we are unable to offer
Blu-rays as Introductory choices.
If we may be of further service, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
Susan
Customer Service"
No idea of why they were able to offer them for three weeks. or any indication that the "contractual agreements" might change in the future.
