Hi. Does anyne know if CH Will allow substitutes on canceled titles? I ask because I used code 801490 to get a Blu-Ray and 2 Free DVDs. I was shipped the Blu-ray last week, but just realized the 2 DVDs were canceled. I am assuming they were canceled because they are out of stock. I wrote to the but they never got back to me. Thanks for any info.

Yes, they should give you substitutions. Use the "Still have questions? Contact Us" link. Give them the order number, explain that items were cancelled and provide item numbers for what you'd like instead. The two or three times this has happened to me since last summer, I have asked for Blu-rays as substitutes and they sent them right along without a whimper. YMMV, of course.
