Went a little wild and picked up 16 blu-rays. Mostly older/cheaper titles that were either upgrades or things I like that I've never owned.

Pre-ordered "Superman vs. The Elite" combo pack as my full-priced title.

All in all, 16 blu-rays for $107.96 + 96 bonus points!

I was able to get an anime box set as the paid title. Even with the additional shipping, this set ended up costing me only an additional 6 bucks from my Blu-ray exclusive order and I'll get extra bonus points.

BTW, how did you only get 10 points for the Stooges set during a triple points promotion?

Be careful on ordering certain blu-ray films. For the most part, CH is pretty accurate on what disc theyre selling, as in cover art. I dont think the Men in Black version theyre selling is the one with the updated cover art that is being sold in B&M stores now.

I dont think the film master changed, but the new cover art of MIB matches that of MIB2. If thats important to you, its something to consider.

Put in an order of 18 titles. Of those 18, I used some of my bonus points on two of those(Journey 2 3D & Wrath of the Titans 3D) since shipping maxed out at $4.99. Also threw in the Blade movie pre-orders along with Spidey 2 & 3 re-releases. Will have to cancel a previous order with most of these in it since this order will save me around $17 just on four of those.

Noticed they lowered the cost of shipping on Journey 2 3D from $5.99 down to $2.99. Guessing this may be another flipper like A Very H&K Xmas.

I just replaced my entire 20-item order from the other day. It only cost me $7.60 more total, but I get 80 extra points. I think that's worth it... Of course, 8 of the 20 titles shipped already, so I'll have to refuse the package. I only feel slightly guilty about that... I canceled the rest over the phone.

I'm scared to say I'm gearing up for a 2nd 20-item order. A few titles are re-buys I got at BB with the $5 coupon, which I can now get cheaper. I'm gonna have so many points, I won't know what to do with them all!

Wait for another glitch deal(like the $15 off, no minimum). You don't want to get in too deep. Another glitch at CH is only a matter of time.

Ken talked me into it..pulled the trigger on another 20. Ended up with the American Pie films. along with all five Final Destination movies. Tried to get the seven Saw movies, but CH has the nerve to not discount half of them.

The grand total was a little more than the last order with the Three Stooges set, shipping increase and tax, but walked away with another 144 bonus points.

That's me right now. After placing an order last weekend and another last night, I am pretty much out of must-have/really want titles.

Was hoping to find a few to place an order with Hunger Games, but I may just hold off and pick it up with another order down the road or use some bonus points on it once they build back up.

Tempted to cancel my order from last night and replace it the exact same titles plus HG. But don't wanna take a chance on not being able to cancel the whole order since some are cheap catalogs that are readily available to ship.

Don't know if this is what happened, but I noticed occasionally that when I added a title that had the same MSRP as the most expensive one in my cart that they would both show up as full price in my cart.

I had three titles showing as 34.95 in my cart at one time. But once I removed one of the titles and re-added it to my cart the discount would show up. Repeated the same with other titles until I only had one showing at full price.

I tried that, but it wasn't happening on those titles. For whatever reason, CH discounted those films to the exact same price of their MSRP listing.

And IIRC, these points CAN be used to pay for sets, correct? TIA.

The points get credited as each item ships out and yes, you can use bonus points on sets.

I remember the bonus points they would allow you to aply the point to any order......but now you have to have enough to buy a dvd or blu for free plus tax and shipping
