CH return policy?

Anyone familiar with columbia house's return policy? I just cycled a new account and among my selections was There Will Be Blood. I couldn't get the SE since it isn't available for enrollment yet (ever), but I wasn't terribly concerned with that until I received my order yesterday. Little did I know it is in a pos cardboard sleeve, which I think is wholly inappropriate for DVD storage (let alone cheap packaging for something listed as $20 retail). I haven't opened it yet and was considering sending it back for an alternate selection and picking up the SE as a fulfillment title. Has anyone done something like this before?

Re: CH return policy?

you realize the SE is also in cardboard packaging as well....also the 2nd disc isn't anything special so you're better off just keeping what you have.

Re: CH return policy?

Ah, I hadn't realized. Strange, I've never seen a DVD packaged like this. Thanks for the heads up.
