Just received a cancellation notice saying that my order for Kung Fu Panda was being cancelled because they were out of stock. This was the "Free with Funcash" glitch from 10 days ago. Still showing up as "Processed" and "Pre-order" on my order history. Oh, well. It was worth a try!!!

EDIT: Placed an order for my "replacement" free Blu-ray Kung Fu Panda. See Post #10 on, below. Columbia House makes amends for their "mistake".

The code they gave me isn't valid. Tried getting it to work bluray and the regular widescreen version and it wouldn't take.

I got the exact same email with the exact same results as you did. What is interesting is that my original order was never canceled from my account. Maybe they are just letting it go through...

I got the same email for all three of my accounts. Just like everyone else, the code doesn't work. Either way, this is an odd development. Although the $19.95 price the email quotes would seem to suggest they're offering us the DVD, not the Blu-Ray. Still if they actually want to give me it for free I'll take it.

I received the email as well. The code is active. I entered it in the usual code box, NOT the box at checkout. I then added the regular DVD of Kung Fu Panda, and it came up free.

ETA: Blu-ray is coming up free in my cart when I add it! Nice!

When this glitch first started, I placed an order or it two times, once under both of my active accounts. Today I got the same email as mentioned above, and for what it's worth the code is the exact same for both accounts, and I assume the code is the exact same for everyone. I wonder if the code would work on an account that didn't order it when the glitch was working.

Anyway, it's working for me, awesome.

It doesn't make a lick of sense to me why CH would be doing this, but I'm not going to complain one bit.
