Good question, and there really is no good answer. Those are some of the toughest items to optimize.
Best option would be the recent ch.com b1g1 code (using it as the purchase), but I hear it's currently hard to get a new ch.com account, and a code like that might not show up again.
Funcash is a decent method if you have some built up. Applying $10 FC would make that set ~ $11 shipped.
Even just buying it normally would only be $20.96 shipped (and earning at least $2 funcash), which is still lower than any other online retailer according to dvdpricesearch. But obviously not the kind of discount we're used to with CH.

^Even then you must take into account the price of such a set purchased with FC. As legend42 indicated this set would be around $11 shipped when purchsed with FC or about $21 regular. With a B1G1 + Free ship code you would still pay about $21 for both as free shipping rarely works with "special price" selections. Subtract the FC price of $11 and you are left with a DVD that cost you about $10. You can do much better by cycling an account.
If one of these sets has a shipping cost which effectively kills the FC "discount" you can sometimes get it for about the same price as using FC+shipping by waiting for a free shipping on sets code. These are rare but *do* come up occasionally and at least you'll earn a bit more FC with such a purchase.
Short version: If by using FC you can get one of these for $5 or more less than purchasing elsewhere, you might as well use FC.
For example, your specific title is $21.79 w/free shipping everyday at DD:
BSG 1980
--or wait for the next 20% off sale and it *should* be $17.43 w/free shipping, so purchasing this for $11 with FC would be a good deal.
