So I got a raincheck certificate from CH today because one of the titles in my intro package was OOS.

Does anyone know if I can use it online or by phone or if I have to mail it in and wait for an eternity?

^You can call in rainchecks. The CSRs will see it on your account, they don't need the piece of paper. The title that was out of stock may be back in stock by the time you call. You can also use a raincheck on a title that has recently become available for enrollment, if there are any of interest to you.

You might be able to order a replacement DVD by e-mail, although I have never tried to use a raincheck that way.
