FOX Titles

Good morning. Just logged in to Columbia House today, and noticed X-Files: Fight the Future movie available for pre-order on 11/01. Which is obviously a Fox title. Does this mean we might be seeing more Fox stuff in the near future?

Yeah, there are a couple others that day too, like Man from Snowy River. Seems like a good sign.

Yeah, there are 3 others that I see the same day, cool!
The Man From Snowy River
Sink the Bismarck
The Bible...in the Beginning

Hopefully this is a sign of good things to come, and MGM titles don't also start disappearing (like Robocop SE).

Cool, I didn't catch those other ones at first. Maybe November 1st will see more Fox added to the site (hopefully). Keep your eyes open for new additions!

^Might also mean some Fox Blu-ray Disc titles start showing up (assuming Fox ever gets around to releasing any).

Maybe that's just a hiccup while they add 5,000 other Fox titles!

They don't show up by doing a title or selection # search. You have to click on the Upcoming Titles link and go to page 3.

I don't see those titles either. But I do find:
3051406 Derailed (Pre-Order), $9.95, 11/1/07, Fox Video.

I have no idea what's going on.

Yep, the others are gone and that one is there now. I think it's safe to say that November first could be an interesting day for frequenters of the club forum.

This is a myth. Columbia House is owned by a division of Bertelsmann. Sony has a joint venture with a different (music) division of the company. Sony does not "own" or otherwise control Columbia House.

Details:
BMG: Bertelsmann Music Group

Columbia House is a part of Direct Group.
