I actually promised myself that I will not be buying DVDs anymore except for TV series, and buy HD exclusively. But then this comes along, so then I purchased twice with this deal (2 HDs and 8 DVDs). Broken promises......

Same here. Also, all of my pendings are grouped separate from my pre-order, indicating that they have shipped or are soon to ship. Plus, my credit card has been charged the shipping cost ($7.96) of the four free-bees!!!

I originally was only going to place in one order, but as many of you know, it’s hard to stop at one/order. It was hard not to place a few more orders…(some are already on their way)

At 3.64 per disk (17 titles which includes one TV set --Newhart)
I’m tempted to place one more order in…. closer to the end of this special….
One thing is stopping me.

My mom had a Columbia House account and heard what I ordered and wanted to place an order herself. She had 4 DVD's already on her wishlist that she wanted and couldn't think of another one... so she asked me if there was one I wanted to get, since my Birthday is coming up, and I told her that I'd love it if she ordered Cloverfield. It worked for her order! Cloverfield + 4 Freebies (all titles she'd been wanting for a long time). This was the only title I was on the fence about ordering so it worked out really well for me. Even if I only get one order through, plus Cloverfield, I will be very satisfied with the deals. Of course, If I can scrounge up enough cash to place at least one more order... you can bet I will. There's still some more titles I'd love to get.

Anyone order this and have it still Pending on your account? I ordered this on Friday with some other titles, but this is the only one not Pending now, the charge for this has dropped off my cc, and my order history now shows this as Awaiting Stock.

Still says pending for me, but I placed my order only 10 hours ago. Being an HD DVD title, maybe they ran out of stock. You(we) might end up getting the other 4 titles for the cost of shipping!

I believe I have a $26 pending charge from Columbia House so it looks like they have already charged me for the American Gangster HD-DVD, Sweeney Todd: 2 Disc, The Wizard of Oz: 2 Disc, and Singin' in the Rain: 2 Disc DVD's. Perhaps they are already ready to ship them? We'll see what happens soon enough, I guess.

Forgot about Wizard of Oz 2 Disc. Apparently 11th hour is coming out at $4.95. Not sure if that's a glitch or it just sucks. Also, Strange Wilderness and The Eye are now pre-orders. Not that either of those are very great. =\

Anything cool or worth buying coming out that I missed? Any 2disc or special type movies I should have?? I feel like I already own everything.

Same here lads, I have pending orders, a fulfilled account and credit card charges!

Whole host of "pending" orders with all of my accounts and they have the 'Bill Me Option'. But it looks as if they are all going ahead because there is the correct amount showing in the Payment option at the top of the order summary.

Usually when I see them change to "pending" that means they have either been shipped or will ship within 24 hours.

Even if you have fulfilled accounts, this to big of a deal to pass up. I forgot about a few other titles and may place 1 more order.

My copy of American Gangster is now awaiting stock as well. They did charge me the $1.99 shipping charge for Sweeney Todd. It might end up being a glitch order where we'll be charged for shipping for the 4 free titles and have AG go poof. $8.96 for 4 titles would work for me!

I'm not sure if it means anything, but since the start of this sale, when I would type in the code the banner would come up blank, or with a red x. I just tried it to fool around with selections, and now the banner just flat out says B14.

I'm on the verge of placing a third order using Cloverfield as my "B1" in a few minutes. It would be just $19.99, with the total shipped for the order at $32.76 after shipping and tax. I'm thinking about doing that, and with Cloverfield picking up Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium, Before the Devil Knows You're Dead (Pre-Order), Lars and the Real Girl (Pre-Order), and Beowulf Director's Cut.

My first placed order shipped today with the exception of the Cloverfield pre-order. They shipped all the free DVDs separate. So we'll see what happens to my second and third order.
It also says my commitment of 2 is completed. So hopefully all 3 orders will go through.
