Well. I moved and I tried using 9QJ and my address is non deliverable online!! So, in my infinite wisdom I called in to order with that. Man, I didn't expect this below. I have a simple question, does anyone else have a non deliverable address and get an app through? I'd use my work address, but I am changing positions soon to another building.

CSR, which I could barely understand, status quo. "whats your mailer deal say"

Me: "uh, it has a code of 9QJ"

CSR. What is the deal?

Me: "You don't know by that code? It says buy 6 at $.049 with 3 more to buy or add one for $9.95 and have 2 to buy."

CSR. Sorry, you have to mail it in.

Me: I can't, I tried online and it says my address is non-deliverable.

CSR. You still have to mail it in.

Me: Will it be delivered to my address.

CSR. Try and see.

Me; Can't I just do it over the phone?

CSR. No, mail only. I can give you our best deal of buy 6 with 4 to buy. or buy one more at $14.95 and buy 3 more.

Me: Doesn't sound like a good deal, you can't match mine?

CSR. No, yours is mail only.

Me: So, if I take your deal, is my address deliverable then?

CSR. I am not sure it would be. Do you want to purchase now?

Me: Who will know if it will deliver?

CSR. When I put the order in, it will be processed and if it can deliver, it will.

Me: Good bye.

I can't believe that that jerk CSR forced you to move to an undeliverable address!

Be aware that you can't get the best enrollment deals with the regular CSRs. You have to call the enrollment phone number to use the best codes (and only a couple worked, at last report): 888-242-3837.

What sort of address is undeliverable? APO?

That's whom I talked with Enrollment CSR.

No. It's a new subdivision. Well, let's see, it's been there for a year now. However, my street is relatively new, only 5 months old.

I'll try again and hopefully have better luck on a simple question with another CSR.
