Columbia House Problem, Answers?
I have two accounts with CH, In my account I had one movie which showed pending from Dec. 12th for 19.95 I had spoken with them via phone they told me it was a glitch and it would be pending. I placed another order for 50 and change on 6/15, It showed pending on my order. On saturday when I looked it showed still pending, i emailed about it I was told the order had been returned for bad postal address. The order never showed shipped in the account, but it was returned via email. Today I sign in and am told my account is on hold due to a balance for 75 and change, how can my account be on hold for items never gotten>

I assume you have the bill me option, that is where the problems start. You are being delayed because of payment, they are expecting some, probably because your account has more than a $50 balance.
The best way to avoid these types of issues is by using a credit card.
To clear this up, I say call them, be nice, and explain the issue; I know AGAIN! Not all csr's are competent though, you might have to call back a few times.

I do have bill my option, my issue is nothing has shipped, not one single disk, mind you I have never missed a payment or been late, I alsoways pay the bill when the movies arrive, but nothing has arrived it all showed pending, and the next day showed my account in collections, prior with the movies in pending my balance was 0.00
