I got a b1g1 email and it advertised casino royale and departed. When I tried adding it to my car it would just be regular price. So, I email CS. Here is what I heard back:
"When ordering the preorder Selection, you will be billed at the regular price plus shipping, processing and tax in states where applicable." Has anyone else tried this or have a solution?

In the past I couldn't take two preorders with a B1G1 free offer if one of them wasn't coming out in the next week. One of them has to be in-stock, though the other can be a pre-order. At least, that's been my experience.

At times it seems it allows it whether it is just a glitch or they allow certain pre-orders in general to be used as a b1g1.
