are the titles included in theri websites NEW? and do they come with their slipcases?

All new and some come wuth slipcases and some don't (I got Talladega Nights Unrated without a slipcover). If you get one without and desperately want one you can always buy it at a store with one and return it without.

Escape and Midnight come in Digipaks so, obviously, the "slipcase" is part of the deal. Carlito's Way had the slipcase when I ordered it but that was forever ago, dunno if it still comes with one. If it does then it will, though it's pretty pointless IMHO since the cover and the slipcase are the same. CH DVDs are the exact same thing that you would buy in a store.

Got slipcases on all of those. (Carlito's Way a couple of months ago).

Can't help you with that one, I don't check... After 36 memberships I've pretty much picked up every title that interested me. These days I just log in once a week, check the pre-orders and keep the *very* few titles that catch my interest in a CH folder at DVDAf.

Couple of simple rules which I'm sure you've already read... CH does not carry Fox, Miramax, Buena Vista, Disney... And they are hit and miss on some studios, just search the title if you're looking for it.

Just go to http://dvd-movies.columbiahouse.com/...0%26bak%3DNONE and you can search any title in their selection. Whichever says members only can only be used as fulfillments all the rest can be used as enrollment selections

After weighing the options, I decided to go this route and ordered the set along with the "To Kill a Mockingbird" Legacy Edition. So, total of $34.45 for both, which isn't a bad deal at all!

Ideally, I suppose I would prefer to get the Almodovar set with a Funcash discount after it's release, but who knows what the CH price might end up being then; I'm happy to "settle" for this deal.

Something might be up with the Almodovar deal. Tried to purchase the set at 20.97 last night (with no sale codes) but have not gotten an email conifrmation/receipt of the order. When I go online, it shows the order but lists it as "pending".

Thats normal for almost any order. I don't see any reason to be concerned about that. Bring on next week already, I am waiting for my set!

Nothing has ariived at my door.

I received my set from BestPrices.com and it's great. The postcard/poster repros are nice, but BAD EDUCATION is missing. All the other films have a poster card but that one.
I have no complaints it's a great set and a fantastic price. Viva Pedro indeed!

well i saw I got the funcash for the set i ordered and the items are charged and shows pending so they are on their way ...
can't wait to collect so i can close this account has been nothing but headaches when dealing with this ACCOUNT !! my funds still have been credited for returns i made almost 2 months ago ;(

The status of my order is showing "Awaiting Credit Approval". I've got a credit card on file, hope this doesn't mean that it will be cancelled.

^ If you have a credit card on file, "Awaiting Credit Approval" is just a placeholder until your order is processed, at which point it should go to "pending" and then "shipped". It doesn't mean that there is a problem with your credit card or anything like that.
