Cannot Log-In To Account
 
Is anyone having trouble logging into their accounts online? Neither one of my 2 open accounts will let me in. I called them and, for the moment, they were unable to access my accounts using my password either.

I can't login either. I could yesterday but not today. It says * Sorry. We did not recognize the Username & Password you entered. Please try again.

I can log into my ch.com account but not my regular DVD club account.

No problems here. Just logged in earlier this morning.

EDIT: Ok, well trying it just now I can't get in. They are probably just updating stuff. Should be back up soon.

Whew! I thought it was just me. On an odd note, I am able to log in to an account I closed a few weeks ago (displays the balance summary).

I can access my fulfilled account but my unfulfilled account tells me my password is incorrect. I've tried having them email the password, thinking they changed my password, but haven't received the email yet.

yeah it has been that way for a while now I hope they are updating though my account balances are all screwy ... and my orders keep changing... and i am still waiting for dvds that shipped out the end of Nov ;(

Add me to the list...just tried to check on an order I placed yesterday, and I get the 'wrong username/password' message. If they really are updating or something like that I wish they'd just create a new message to say so.

same here 2 accounts cannot log on for either one glad it wasn't just me. I sent an email yesterday asking about why some movies I ordered disappeared, thought they booted me from the system lol

Yesterday morning I clicked thru an e-mail and it took me to an old account I had closed last Spring. :shrug: I noticed there were 5 items in my cart and when I clicked it was brought to the sign-in page where my OLD username was displayed.

I can log into one of my accounts but when I try to log into my other one I get a screen asking me to join the music club or something

I can log in to my old accounts, but when I tried to log in to the new account which was approved yesterday to change user name and password, it brought me to this error page:

I've tried logging in from CH's homepage and clicking through the approval email. Neither approach worked. Don't know what's wrong with the site. Maybe I should call them.

Evidently so, as my 6 month old account is fine whereas my week old account will not let me log in from the sign-in page or from e-mails.

I can access my established accounts (one movie club, one TV club) with no problems whatsoever. However, my brand new TV club account won't let me log in and instead gives me this message:

Not sure how I should feel about this, since the website obviously isn't unavailable with my other accounts. Typical CH.

Just talked to a CSR on the phone and was told it was probably because these accounts are so new that they are not readily recognized by the system yet. I honestly don't understand the difficulty in updating their database in real time, though. Anyway, I was told to wait till next week so that their system would have enough time to pick up on this.
