My order is still in Outstanding Funcash Pending status as of right now. I know I have had orders that shipped still say pending, but now I'm beginning to wonder if it's just a matter of time for it to disappear.

Kind of irritating. I passed on the good B&N and Buy.com deals for this and now they're unavailable. I haven't been able to find this set in a B&M.

Have you checked Target and Costco? Those seem to be the B&Ms that have had stock. I saw some at Target this weekend (69.99).

Found 1 at Target today for 79.99 with several scratches on the front. If it had been pristine I might have bought it just to end my search. No costco in my town and I don't have a membership anyway. Checked Sams and they didn't have shit. Maybe I should hold out on it and wait until the fixed sets come out and its more widely available.

Mine also states pending after four days of having placed the order. I called CH yesterday (and after what seemed like an hour wait to talk to a CSR) was told that the order still seems to be going through but at the same time was told that the set had been removed from the system. The guy on the other end couldnt give me a definitive answer on if or when I would get the set but only that my order was still in the system and was being processed. I figure that it will more than likely get cancelled but if it doesn't that would be great. I went to Target today and found 1 copy of the Ultimate set in really good shape except for one small dent in the bottom right corner. I picked it up for 80+tax. If the CH order goes through I'll return my Target one and if not at least I have a set.

My order placed on 12/1 is still in pending. I had placed another order the same day on another account for a different DVD and it too is still in pending status.

I wish they would let us know one way or the other what is going to happen.

Well it happened. My order is no longer in my order history. My payment and Funcash have been refunded. CURSES!!!!

Mine is still pending. Maybe it will happen but probably not.

Mine still says "awaiting credit approval." But I'm assuming Columbia House does not have it, unless someone can tell me otherwise.

Our orders are still pending in the system and will probably stay that way for awhile. The very disgruntled CH employee that I just spoke with told me that they are waiting for more stock to come in so they can ship them to us. However, he could give me no idea on when (or in all reality if) this would happen. I'm not sure I believe him as he was a big asshat on the phone. I waited 50 minutes to speak to him and really got no resolution to either of my 2 major problems.

^ Are you really surprised? Just because it takes forever now to get ahold of a CH CSR, that doesn't mean that they're now all-of-a-sudden competent at their jobs.

Yeah it may be hard to get ahold of a CSR but they keep calling my house every single day for the past two weeks even if i say STOP... I don't need to sign up for anymore DVDS LOL
next time they call i will see if i can get some answers to my missing orders ....

I prefer to assume that though my order has vanished that it may be fulfilled because the FC I used has not been restored (yet).

my funcash has officially been restored... and superman has officially disappeared from the order history... well that was nice while it lasted... and i'm thinking about returning the DVDs I ordered specifically to get the fun cash to order Superman

Well my funcash order disappeared today. I guess that CH is not going to fulfill their end of the bargain.
