Hello, I recently placed a b1g1 free order at CH. I ordered Looney Tunes Gold Collection Vol. 3 and MI 3 2 disc. I recieved my MI 3 dvd in the mail and opened it. Much to my dismay it was the one disc edition. I read on their website that they only will exchange defective or unopened dvds. Will they let me exchange it for the two disc edition since I already opened it or should I save myself the hassle and just keep the 1 disc edition?

Fuck that nonsense, you ordered the 2 disc set. Contact CS and explain the situation. They will most likely send you the 2 disc set right away and also mail out a returned postage stamp for the 1 disc version(sometimes, they'll tell you to throw out the DVD instead of returning it to them). I usually have success when contacting them at [email protected] .

I just sent them an e-mail. Hopefully the situation will be rectified.
