2 month old Click Director's Selection now shown on my account

I seem to recall others having this problem of months old Director's Selections suddenly showing up on their account before but I wasn't sure what to put into the search field.

I've had this one account open since around january, its already fullfilled. I just kept it open because it had $113 in fun cash. Today I noticed that I had an Automatic order for Click. It is still outstanding and I havent been billed yet but the date for it is 9/22. I am pretty sure that I have been canceling my director's selections, but even if I did forget, why would it show up 2 months later? And I know that it hasnt been outstanding for the past two months. I was looking at my mail in packet, and my last Directors Selction was mission impossible for this month.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any advice? I am just going to write Return to Sender on the package, but will I not be reimbursed for the $2.99 for shipping? Do they take a long time to process?

I have the same problem, only my Click order is already complete. I check my CH account often, and I do not ever remember seeing this directors selection. I'm upset that this was sent to me, without me even requesting it, but I guess I'll just send it back.

Also, I read online that if you use return to sender, you will be fully reimbursed, including shipping. I am not absolutely sure if this is true though.

I received RV a few weeks back which I didnt order and I always click no to all director's selections. At first I just received a bill from CH for RV, than a week later I received the DVd. I sent it back marked reufuse returned to sender.

A couple of days ago I received "The Breakup", which again I didnt order. It's getting annoying now. I'll send this one back to them too. This is the reason I don't have a creditcard on file with them.

Technically, since they sent this to me without my ordering , and responding to all the Directors selections, I could keep the DVD and not pay them bty law. But, it's not worth the hassle. If I receive another DVD I didn't order, i'll be handing it much differently.

Same thing happened to me with some Smallville season. One day the 2-month old DS just shipped.

PY is correct:

CH just added MI3 as 'automatic' order.?!?..

Just got the dreaded mysterious 'automatic' order placed on one of my accounts, GREAT!!! I hate it that they can backdate it so it looks like something I did. This order just showed up on my account within the last day or so but the date on it is almost a month old. Can I figure CH out??? Nope...

The problem I have with this is CH charges my card and doesn't credit me back until the entire rigamarole gets sorted out, meaning I have to wait for them to ship, refuse package (hopefully am able to tell from the outside which order is which), send it back, wait 3 weeks for them to acknowledge they have received it back and another 2 weeks waiting for them to credit my account. IF I'm lucky, I will only have to email them maybe half a dozen times to get 1 or 2 responses.

And, all this because of some snafu on their end??? Doesn't make sense but I guess the price we pay for the prices we pay

Hey, as an aside, spent $16 in funcash on two copies of the new Green Mile Special Edition ($8 funcash each), only $4.98 shipping. One for me and one for a gift, great deal!

Luck all,
George -bub

Welcome to the screwed up world of Columbia House. They have got worse since they were infected with the BMG disease.
