Has anyone else noticed that CH is very sluggish...
Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed a considerable slow down in the time it takes to CH process orders lately?
I've put in a few orders over the last month or two, and it seems like it is has been over a week or longer for them to actually even getting around to shipping them (not even counting the long wait for basic media shipping. Even today, checking my online account with them, two different large orders I put in over a week ago are still marked as "In Process" on the order history page.
Most orders I've made with them over the last five years (and I've made a hundred or more probably), have almost always been processed within a couple of days at most, which usually meant that I would get the package within one or two weeks, with the usual slow basic shipping. Within the last couple of months though, it seems like the process has stretched out to the point that I'm not getting stuff I ordered for three weeks, and sometimes close to a month.
I am working off of one long standing account, so this has nothing to with getting new accounts approved. And my account has always been in good standing, with no "flags" or other black marks.

I just received Ryan's Daughter from the B1G1 sale several weeks ago, and am still waiting on the other title, Slither, to arrive. It's not a big deal, really, but it's been so long that I'd practically forgotten about these discs.

Thanks for the replies. While I'm sorry that everyone else has been having long waits too, I'm glad to hear it's not just been my experience (or imagination).
I wonder if BMG has been cutting back on staff or something, and perhaps that has been accounting for the slow order processing. Gads, I hate to see what it will be like trying to get anything you might order during the upcoming holiday season, which has always been a fair bit slower at CH even during the best of times.

I placed 2 orders exactly one week ago. I received shipping notice today -- both orders within the same message. Seems reasonable to me. I was keeping an eye on things throughout and saw my orders *pending* and my FC was also up and down. I monitored my account balances as well -- everything seems squared away now.

More on the technical side, but when I was browsing the recent 3 for $25 offer, the pages were taking quite some time before loading. I'm on a cable connection and it was sometimes 30 seconds or more before getting a response. The server was:
