It was only free shipping from the 14th-17th. It stated that right on site, site wide sale. It never had anything to do with the BOGO.

I did get a BOGO + 60% off e-mail today though...I'd post it if I knew the trick to getting the code out.

I was aware that the free shipping was to end on the 17th. I was just hoping that they might have extended it a couple of more days(I wanted to see if they updated their preorder selections). Unfortunately, they killed it right at midnight.

The 804455 code still works. The way to extract a code from an e-mail is to click on the link in the e-mail. Then you have to stop the page from fully loading. The 6 digit offer code should be in the URL address. This method usually takes several attempts before the offer will show in the URL(it's all about timing).

My order has yet to show up at all.

Monster House (Pre-order) $19.95
Capote FREE
Total $21.60

I've got the confirmation e-mail but there is nothing in my 'Order History'.

My order still looks solid-

Mission Impossible 3 Pre-order $19.95
Nightmare on Elm Street Pre-order FREE.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll definitely keep a watch on it.

My order and everything is listed, but it says "pending" since it was for two pre-orders.

I called CH earlier and the lady told me that it takes 2-3 days for it to show up in their system. If that is true then thats a bit stupid that the company itself cant even see an order for 2-3 days. I even had the CSR place a second order of the same dvds in case. The CSR I spoke with tonight told me that she could see none of the four b1g1f orders that were placed by either me (2 of them) or the 2 placed by the CSR from weekend.

I declare shenanigans on the CSR lady if this order was placed online. Whenever I place an order online, the order shows up instantly in my order history. I cannot speak about phone orders because I always place my orders online. I try not to place orders on the weekend if at all possible. Whenever I've had a problem with an order, it was always one that was made during the weekend.

I placed 2 orders over the weekend. The first order shows "Awaiting credit approval" which is BS as I already paid my enrollment with a credit card. The second order was there for a couple of days with the same "****" that others are getting, then as of yesterday, the order disappeared.

The other odd thing is that for the first order I never did get a confimation email, but the second missing order I DID get an email. Idiots.

That's SOP, at least on my accounts. It goes from pending(this is the status right after you place the order) to awaiting credit approval(this is when they are actually charging your card) and then finally shipped. Whenever you see "awaiting credit approval", your order is about to be shipped.

My 2 orders from the 15th still look right. Although, neither released(free) title has shipped yet from either order (1 each).

Those that aren't pre-orders are showing "pending" for me but that's normal. On occassions it'll still say that even after I have them, so sometimes it's a surprise when they arrive because I normally never get a shipping notice.

Well, today it shows 3 of the 4 in one order shipped out (charged) - remainder is pre-order. And, the other order has 1 "awaiting credit approval" - 2nd title is pre-order also. Getting there - slowly.

Yeah, well now my order is back again except now it's missing an item and they are trying to charge me for shipping.

Yeah, I've got an order that all of the sudden has the "shipping and processing" charge added to it. Check out this e-mail I got from customer service a couple of days ago. See if you can understand it.

Due to our purchase limitations, the following cannot be shipped.

BRICK $10.98
BACKDRAFT 91AE $9.98
APOCALYPSENS $9.98

As pre-payments are received on your account, additional selections will
be released for shipment. If payments are promptly submitted, it will not be
necessary for you to re-order.

All accounts are subject to purchase limitations.
The number of selections shipped on an open
account basis must be limited. After purchasing
patterns have been established, the number of items
shipped will be increased. If prepayment is sent
with an order, or a credit card is used, an unlimited
amount of merchandise can be shipped.
