$5 off first time web order gone?
Just got a new account opened. When I was trying to log in thru that webdvd link I found it doesn't work anymore. Has anyone else had the same problem?

McButton, BrentLumkin's link works. If you still can't get it to work try this: log-in to your account the usual way (columbiahouse.com). Then "sign off" to log-out. Then go to the link above and log-in. This should get you the web discount.

You should see that one of your DVDs is $5 less than you thought it was going to cost. (I assume that you are aware that there is a $30 minimum order size for the discount to work.)

When an order showed up with an order number, the $5 web discount was gone. The discount was shown on the order confirmation page and in the email confirmation, both of which I saved. The full price selection shows $19.95 in my order history instead of the usual $14.95.
The same thing happened to me, i sent them an email yesterday with a attached copy of the original order receipt i had saved with the $5 discount.

Anyone else getting this? My new membership doesn't show anything like it...

I got the membership approved today and when I logged on they had Buy 1 Get 1 50% and 40% off TV Season 1 and $5 of $30. I did not use any codes.
I didn't buy anything when I was logged on and now when I go back to the site it is no longer listed. Maybe it only works on the first time you log on.

Actulally now that it's been mentioned I remember last time I placed some orders on two new accounts that I also got the $5 automatically taken off. And this was a while ago, during the last buy 3 get 3 free where it crossed over with the buy 4 get 1 free allowing us to buy 3 dvds and get 4 free, probably a month or two ago. Thought it was weird at the time buy quickly forgot about it happening while I waited for my preorders to ship.
