Has anyone been able to successfully e-mail CH?
I've tried to e-mail them three times regarding a return I'm still waiting for credit on, and I keep getting this e-mail the second after I send it off:
Subject : Returned mail: see transcript for details
The original message was received at Mon, 7 Aug 2006 17:14:58 -0400 (EDT)
from nyny01-app08wl.columbiahouse.com [10.254.6.190]

The CH "Contact" page has a f**ked up eddress... and some other eddresses no longer function properly.
The two above seem to work (...currently anyhow...
)

I used the first email address the other day to cancel an account. You'll get the obligatory auto response within about 20 minutes and then I've usually got a proper response within 24 hours if it's during the week and maybe a little longer at the weekend.
