Since these are new releases, it might be a while for CH/BMG to offer them as TV Club enrollments - if they ever do. Their $ isn't high enough for that to be a detriment(?), so that at least won't diminish their chances.

Enrollment titles for the TV Edition Club are very hit or miss. When they do offer titles they tend to be the first one or two seasons in a series, as well as lower value stuff, as thejester says. So, it is possible that if you wait a year or so the ones you want might become available for enrollment.
There is no really inexpensive way to buy them from Columbia House. If used as fulfillments your relative cost for the sets would be about $21 each. If you used a BOGOF code you could get a free regular DVD with each one and that would lower the relative cost somewhat.
If you see them for less than $21 at other retailers, you might want to buy them there.
