anyone else have columbia house put a double hold on funds? my bank told me they put 2 holds for $12 [and some change] which is what i paid for the inital shipment (6+1)

ive just been accepted...now i wonder if ill be getting 2 shipments or what

They do this all of the time on my applications. One hold will go through and the other will be dropped in about a week or so.

I recall them doing that with a recent app. There was an initial hold on the $12 and change and then a 2nd for about $14 which was the amount + sales tax. The first charge dropped off about 3 days later.
