Don't Come Knocking is a Columbia Tri-Star release that should have become available today but didn't, so it looks like CH may be continuing its holiday tradition of delaying the enrollment eligibility of Columbia Tri-Star & Sony dvds with Nov/Dec due dates until after Christmas.
I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer, L'Enfant, RV, and The Hard Corps are due next week, so if they're no-shows as well that should be a clear indication that December 26 will be the date for the next 7 weeks of Columbia & Sony titles that would otherwise have become available.

Impossible to say with CH. They don't have any version of that title now, so hopefully they will add this new version soon, but it's been out for just about a month already.
They didn't add the new version of The Punisher today either, so it's difficult to say if CH will eventually add them.
