Missing shipment
 

Is anyone having trouble getting their dvds?I was approved on the 4th and it shipped on the 5th. Usually when I get a notice saying it shipped I get it by the end of the week.

anybody?

Very rarely have I had packages take longer than 10 days. I did have one a couple months ago take about 3 weeks though. CH's policy is you have to wait a month before they will ship a replacement though.

I have a missing package also. It's a large order that was shipped on the 4th. I usually receive shipments from them within 3 or 4 days.

My shipment times have also been pretty consistent overall, but I have had a couple orders take close to three weeks before. CH usually ships Media Mail, which can really vary in delivery speed.

Thanks for the quick replies. One last question. When they said my order shipped my balance still showed 0.00 but yesterday it updated to 12.89. Is it normal for the balance to be 0 for so long? I'm thinking maybe it didn't ship when they said.

I have an outstanding shipment from March 22 that still hasn't arrived and CH won't return e mails or get back in touch with me.

I have an outstanding order from Feburary 17 that says it is waiting credit approval. Maybe I should contact them.

Mine was charged to my CC on April 2nd. Still nothing...

I had a enrollment package not arrive after receving my fulliments but a call to a csr had the package on its way without a hassle. I'd say if its over a month call them and have it reshipped

Thought I would post a update. It's been 4 weeks now and still nothing. So today I sent them a email. Hopefully I will finally get my dvds soon.

I contacted them about my missing shipment and I rec'd a credit back.

My order was processed/shipped on 4/11 but still hasn't arrive. Trying to get them to send me a new shipment, but they said I had to wait till 5/15 to make sure that it is really lost. Oh well.
